Quantum Vibe
A thousand years in the future, humanity has colonized worlds in nearly 100 galaxies, thanks to Quantum Vibremonic technologies developed five centuries earlier. Other new technologies have created various off-shoots of humanity and extended life expectancies five-fold. The story begins with how a mad scientist and his plucky assistant, along with their robot friend, brought humanity to the stars, and continues with the adventures of some unique people in fantastic places.

The Not-Safe-Space 2 Kickstarter Campaign has ended successfully. Thanks to all who pledged!
Now we get to wait 2 weeks while Kickstarter transmits the funds, and Scott can order the books, and send surveys to backers to get current e-mail addresses for the .PDF versions and mailing addresses for the physical books.
All of this should show up in June.
Transcript For Strip 927
Panel 1Once more in the conference room with Antigone, Murphy and Nicole.
Murphy: You're not going to tell the Huoxingian authorities about Buford?
Antigone: Well, the security forces there theorize that Ma Bo-Nu's death was engineered by Dr. O'Murchadha and Ma's cousin, for business reasons.
Panel 2
Looking past Antigone at Murphy and Nicole exchanging bewildered glances.
Murphy: Seamus and –?
Antigone: Tong Xie-Po. Not an unreasonable theory given that O'Murchadha concluded multi-augram deals with him and Peng Bo-Shen on that same day.

Medium shot of Antigone.
Antigone: But your testimony is persuasive and clears O'Murchadha.
Antigone: This matter might otherwise have relevance to tomorrow's hearing, but I see no reason why it should, now.
Antigone: I will inform the Huoxingians that O'Murchadha was not involved, without implicating anyone else.
Panel 4
Murphy and Nicole, looking grateful.
Antigone (OP): Just the same I recommend that none of you, including Ms. Beltrán, return to Huoxing for the next, oh, century or so.
Nicole: No problem there.
Murphy: I appreciate your understanding, and discretion.
Panel 5
Three-shot of the women, Murphy is looking concerned.
Murphy: But, now I'm concerned about Seamus. What's going to happen at the hearing?
Antigone: Dr. Diamondi will present her evidence, and the outline of her case.
Panel 6
Medium-shot Antigone.
Antigone: Dr. O'Murchadha will have an opportunity to rebut or explain his side of the situation.
Antigone: Then I will decide whether there is enough of a case to convene a panel in Brussels to try him, or order his release.
Panel 7
Three-shot, Nicole is upset.
Nicole: That's hardly fair! Seamus has been cut off from the network! How can he prepare a defense?
Antigone : I suppose someone could act as his advocate …
Murphy: I will do so.
Panel 8
Looking past Murphy at Antigone, who looks deadly serious.
Antigone: Very well. You will have an opportunity to interview your client before the hearing.
Antigone: But I warn you, any attempt at escape will void all of your contracts with S&HR.
Antigone: You will be outlaws, finding most every hand turned against you.
Murphy: Understood.
