A thousand years in the future, humanity has colonized worlds in nearly 100 galaxies, thanks to Quantum Vibremonic technologies developed five centuries earlier. Other new technologies have created various off-shoots of humanity and extended life expectancies five-fold. The story begins with how a mad scientist and his plucky assistant, along with their robot friend, brought humanity to the stars, and continues with the adventures of some unique people in fantastic places.

Panel 1
The corridor intersection. Seamus is standing in a sort of pressure-suit that looks like it was stitched together out of several Bubbs. He looks a bit like the Michelin Man. Nicole has rolled her Bubb forward to survey the scene. She looks like she wants to be anywhere but here. Before them lie the bodies of the 2 hit-men.
Seamus: You didn't see any others?
Nicole: Just the two.

Two-shot Seamus and Nicole. Seamus gestures back down the hallway, to their rooms.
Seamus: There could be more, we should get back to your room so you can get close to your charger and reload your Zringer.
