Quantum Vibe
A thousand years in the future, humanity has colonized worlds in nearly
100 galaxies, thanks to Quantum Vibremonic technologies developed five
centuries earlier. Other new technologies have created various
off-shoots of humanity and extended life expectancies five-fold. The
story begins with how a mad scientist and his plucky assistant, along
with their robot friend, brought humanity to the stars, and continues
with the adventures of some unique people in fantastic places.

Panel 1
Inside a featureless room, Bok is sitting in a chair. Standing in front of him is Mr. Lumbar, an intimidating-looking android. Standing nearby is Mr. Foot.
Mr. Lumbar: Do you know why you're here, Mr. Clark?
Bok: For advice on redecorating? This room is really dull.
Panel 2
Looking past Bok at Mr. Lumbar; we can see Mr. Foot standing behind Lumbar.
Mr. Foot: I advise you not to attempt your juvenile witticisms on Mr. Lumbar.
Mr. Lumbar: You will speak the plain truth without embellishment, Mr. Clark.
Bok: That's what I was doing when Mr. Foot dragged me in here.
Panel 3
Switch angle – looking past Lumbar to Bok.
Lumbar: On the contrary, you were telling falsehoods designed to confuse your classmates and undermine their confidence in the social structure.
Bok: You think those were falsehoods. I think otherwise. Who decides? Why trust the social structure? 'Hu iz Aliss Roaz?'
