A thousand years in the future, humanity has colonized worlds in nearly 100 galaxies, thanks to Quantum Vibremonic technologies developed five centuries earlier. Other new technologies have created various off-shoots of humanity and extended life expectancies five-fold. The story begins with how a mad scientist and his plucky assistant, along with their robot friend, brought humanity to the stars, and continues with the adventures of some unique people in fantastic places.

Panel 1Alyss waves to the group as she heads towards the door.
Alyss: Well, that's all I have to tell you right now.
Alyss: I'm still making preparations for a return to Zytemonde.
Alyss: When I have everything lined up I'll call another meeting and go over the particulars.
Panel 2
Alyss is walking down a corridor, notices Diana hustling to catch up with her.
Alyss: Um, Diana, is there something you need?
Diana: I need to talk to you. Privately.
Alyss: Can this wait?
Diana: No.

Alyss stops, turns to Diana.
Diana: You've been wondering how your set-up got compromised, right?
Alyss: Yes, but ... what?
Diana: I think I know how it happened, and why.
