Quantum Vibe
A thousand years in the future, humanity has colonized worlds in nearly 100 galaxies, thanks to Quantum Vibremonic technologies developed five centuries earlier. Other new technologies have created various off-shoots of humanity and extended life expectancies five-fold. The story begins with how a mad scientist and his plucky assistant, along with their robot friend, brought humanity to the stars, and continues with the adventures of some unique people in fantastic places.

Diana: I don't want to wait twelve whole days to see this Drusilla chick.
Diana: But I can worry about that later.

Diana in her flyer, soars into the skyscape.
Diana (thought): Time to pay a call on Marrón's insurance agency.
Diana: One of the news stories quoted one of their investigators.
Diana: Some guy named John Gomez.

Diana's flyer flies away.
Diana (thought): Couldn't find an image of him, though.
Diana: I guess he likes to keep a low profile.
Diana: I hope he's not just too ugly to photograph.
