Quantum Vibe
A thousand years in the future, humanity has colonized worlds in nearly 100 galaxies, thanks to Quantum Vibremonic technologies developed five centuries earlier. Other new technologies have created various off-shoots of humanity and extended life expectancies five-fold. The story begins with how a mad scientist and his plucky assistant, along with their robot friend, brought humanity to the stars, and continues with the adventures of some unique people in fantastic places.

The Not-Safe-Space 2 Kickstarter Campaign has ended successfully. Thanks to all who pledged!
Now we get to wait 2 weeks while Kickstarter transmits the funds, and Scott can order the books, and send surveys to backers to get current e-mail addresses for the .PDF versions and mailing addresses for the physical books.
All of this should show up in June.

Panel 1Diana is sitting on a sofa flanked by two hooligans. Areum is close-by, watching over.
Caption: The mercenaries stuck around for more than an hour, as Dong did his negotiating with each of them individually or in pairs.
Caption: I was left to socialize. Turns out thugs and hooligans are people, too. I heard some interesting stories.

Diana is at her desk in her bedroom, looking very tired as she peers into her compad's holoscreen.
Caption: Finally I was able to spend a bit of time doing some actual research in the Redes.

Diana sprawled prone on the bed. She's still wearing her anysuit, although it's not projecting anything.
Caption: I finally couldn't keep my eyes open any longer, and flopped into bed.
Caption: I didn't even bother taking off my anysuit.
Caption: I would regret that in the morning when I woke up itching all over.

Morning, at the breakfast table. Diana, Dong, Wook, and Areum having a quiet morning together, drinking coffee. No food is visible. Diana is scratching at a shoulder-blade.
Caption: 'Morning' is sort of arbitrary in this city but the habits of 3 billion years die hard.
Diana: Dong, next time you want to throw a party in this place please give me some advance warning.
Dong: I did not expect the guests to eat our entire food stores.
