Creepy moves in darkness dares discovery.
A thousand years in the future, humanity has colonized worlds in nearly
100 galaxies, thanks to Quantum Vibremonic technologies developed five
centuries earlier. Other new technologies have created various
off-shoots of humanity and extended life expectancies five-fold. The
story begins with how a mad scientist and his plucky assistant, along
with their robot friend, brought humanity to the stars, and continues
with the adventures of some unique people in fantastic places.

Diana continues to press her advantage.
Diana: She betrayed and murdered a Pillar of Bubbleopolis, after all.
Diana: The Pillars are the closest thing the city has to a ruling class, being founders and owning the core spheres.
Diana: I want to know why Hayami quit RPLD.
Diana and Bouissou. She leans forward as he leans back under her barrage of questions.
Diana: Did Hayami maintain any contacts with the organization?
Diana: Do you think RPLD would go beyond argumentation, into violence, to further their cause?
Diana: Did she ever mention something called Château Périlleux?
Diana grins an evil grin at Bouissou, who looks on the verge of panic.
Caption: I got caught up in things and probably should have stopped before this bit:
Diana: Does the phrase, 'sors de mon chemin' mean anything to you? It's French, right?
Buoissou bolts from the table and runs towards the exit. Areum is on her feet, ready for anything, as Diana gawks.
Diana: Um, I didn't mean to be rude.
