Quantum Vibe
A thousand years in the future, humanity has colonized worlds in nearly
100 galaxies, thanks to Quantum Vibremonic technologies developed five
centuries earlier. Other new technologies have created various
off-shoots of humanity and extended life expectancies five-fold. The
story begins with how a mad scientist and his plucky assistant, along
with their robot friend, brought humanity to the stars, and continues
with the adventures of some unique people in fantastic places.

Panel 1
Diana takes a seat next to Carmine, while Areum sits behind them both.
Carmine: I don't really feel comfortable with your bodyguard on my back.
Diana: It's the best position from which she can protect me, in this location of your choosing.
Diana: We can reconvene elsewhere if you prefer.
Panel 2
Carmine and Diana with Areum in back.
Carmine: Here will do for now.
Carmine: I understand you are investigating the murder of our former employee, Hayami.
Carmine: My colleagues believe you are being funded by her own murder victim, Alyss Roaz.
Panel 3
Different angle on Carmine and Diana.
Diana: I am researching for a documentary I have planned on the topic.
Diana: But I'm not at liberty to discuss my financier, sorry.
Diana: I was hoping you could shed some light on what Hayami was like as a person.
Panel 4
Yet another angle on Carmine and Diana.
Carmine: As in, what would motivate her to kill her client, or what would motivate her own killer?
Diana: Well, I don't want to seem greedy, but, yeah.
Carmine: See how much time we've saved by getting to the point?
