Dark plans fall like thunderbolts.
Quantum Vibe
A thousand years in the future, humanity has colonized worlds in nearly
100 galaxies, thanks to Quantum Vibremonic technologies developed five
centuries earlier. Other new technologies have created various
off-shoots of humanity and extended life expectancies five-fold. The
story begins with how a mad scientist and his plucky assistant, along
with their robot friend, brought humanity to the stars, and continues
with the adventures of some unique people in fantastic places.
QV on a short break [ Jul 15, 2026 ]
QUANTUM VIVE is taking a break for a few weeks, as we prepare for Part 2 of the Novo Palermo story, and also for a Kickstarter campaign for Part 1, which will start in September.
In the meantime, Not-Safe.Space will continue, as a murder mystery begins and the relationship between Eithne and Diana develops in unexpected directions.
Not-Safe.Space is a NSFW strip but more than half the pages are SFW so I've set those to *not* require a Patreon membership. Readers should be able to follow the story without seeing the NSFW pages. If I've done this right.
Panel 1
People begin filing out. Focus on Warren and Winona. She’s scratching one of her thighs.
Winona: Ugh. Damn sunburn.
Warren: Oh, does it hurt?
Winona: No, just itchy now, as the skin peels.
Panel 2
Winona and Warren
Warren: I’m sorry I got you mixed up in all that Candace business.
Winona: Ah, well. Lesson learned.
Panel 3
Cut to Alyss and her netas
Alyss: The distribution argument that followed was only interesting to legal minds so I won’t bore you with the details.
Panel 4
Alyss and the netas
Melissa: Did anyone have to sell their farm?
Alyss: No, Melissa. Those of us with extra funds helped those on the brink temporarily, but it wasn’t long before money from selling Elvins’ landed properties came rolling in ,,,
Panel 5
Suddenly an artifolk housekeeper, Beto, appears in the doorway.
Beto: Please excuse me, ma’am, but it’s past time for the children’s lunch.
Beto: I took the liberty of ordering some meals for them, according to their parents’ requests.
Panel 6
Alyss stands, and directs the netas out.
Alyss: Well-timed, Beto. Follow him, niños, and let me get properly dressed, then come back and I’ll finish the story.
