Quantum Vibe
A thousand years in the future, humanity has colonized worlds in nearly
100 galaxies, thanks to Quantum Vibremonic technologies developed five
centuries earlier. Other new technologies have created various
off-shoots of humanity and extended life expectancies five-fold. The
story begins with how a mad scientist and his plucky assistant, along
with their robot friend, brought humanity to the stars, and continues
with the adventures of some unique people in fantastic places.

Panel 1
In Rando's bedroom. The light is on, Nicole is zipping up her anysuit. Her utility belt is laying on the bed before her. She still looks angry but is in control. Rando of course realizes something is up.
Rando: Ah ... hah-ha ...
Rando: I know I promised I wouldn't use my office but there was this call from a client in Gagaringrad, in the Far-East Time Zone, and ...
Panel 2
Rando remains standing by the door, watching Nicole as she puts her utility belt on.
Rando: I ... how much of that conversation did you hear?
Panel 3
Rando tries to cajole Nicole, but she's not buying it. She touches a button on her wrist and her anysuit projects the same overcoat-hat arrangement she wore when meeting Claud Southend.
Rando: At least let me offer an explanation!
Nicole: Good-bye, Mr. Greene.
Panel 4
Rando moves to block her exit from the room. Nicole glares at him.
Rando: Not until I can plead my case.
