Quantum Vibe
A thousand years in the future, humanity has colonized worlds in nearly
100 galaxies, thanks to Quantum Vibremonic technologies developed five
centuries earlier. Other new technologies have created various
off-shoots of humanity and extended life expectancies five-fold. The
story begins with how a mad scientist and his plucky assistant, along
with their robot friend, brought humanity to the stars, and continues
with the adventures of some unique people in fantastic places.

Cut to the control cabin, Manny is at his station.
Bill (electronic): Hey Manny, you got the control cabin secure?
Manny: Soon as you sounded the alert, Bill.

Cut to the deck where Bill is still kneeling next to Seamus.
Bill: Good job, Manny.
Bill: Hugh, is engineering secure?
Panel 3
Cut to Hugh in engineering.
Hugh: We're locked up tight, Cap'n.
Hugh: Not sure about the cargo deck, though. Thought I heard something moving around up there.

Seamus is starting to come to, and is responding to the pain of his shattered hand.
Seamus: uuhhhuhhoOOOWWWARRRGH!!
Bill: Geebas!
Manny (electronic): You okay, Bill?
Bill: I'm fine, but Seamus is gonna need some morphine.
