Quantum Vibe
A thousand years in the future, humanity has colonized worlds in nearly
100 galaxies, thanks to Quantum Vibremonic technologies developed five
centuries earlier. Other new technologies have created various
off-shoots of humanity and extended life expectancies five-fold. The
story begins with how a mad scientist and his plucky assistant, along
with their robot friend, brought humanity to the stars, and continues
with the adventures of some unique people in fantastic places.

The Not-Safe-Space 2 Kickstarter Campaign has ended successfully. Thanks to all who pledged!
Now we get to wait 2 weeks while Kickstarter transmits the funds, and Scott can order the books, and send surveys to backers to get current e-mail addresses for the .PDF versions and mailing addresses for the physical books.
Panel 1
Establishing exterior shot of the freighter Cristina Kirchner rocketing through space. She's bigger and uglier than Cissonius.
Caption: The Cristina Kirchner, out of Callisto
Voice (from ship): How long until he gets here?
Panel 2
Inside the control cabin, also bigger and uglier than Cissonius. Wayne Bobinardi stands near the open-framed lift and is speaking with the Pilot, a slight, sad-looking fellow.
Pilot: We estimate three hours, seven minutes, sir.
Wayne: Are we still getting hails from the Cissonius?
Panel 3
The Pilot and Bobinardi
Pilot: No, sir, they've stopped.
Pilot: They've sent a bulletin advising that a fleeing, violent kidnapper is on intercept course with us.
Panel 4
Bobinardi smiles malevolently.
Wayne: 'Kidnapper,' eh? Good. That means he got that old bastard this time.
