A thousand years in the future, humanity has colonized worlds in nearly 100 galaxies, thanks to Quantum Vibremonic technologies developed five centuries earlier. Other new technologies have created various off-shoots of humanity and extended life expectancies five-fold. The story begins with how a mad scientist and his plucky assistant, along with their robot friend, brought humanity to the stars, and continues with the adventures of some unique people in fantastic places.

Panel 1Toombs has regained his feet and is backing away as Murphy advances, menacingly. Toombs' face is a mess.
Toombs: N-no, you c-c-c-c-can't …
Cristina: What's going on? I can't see in that section.
Panel 2
Murphy delivers a sharp right hook to Toombs' solar plexus, and he falls back against a wall.
Murphy (upload): Just about finished with him, Cristina.
Murphy: Oh, but I can. And, I will.
Panel 3
Murphy grabs one of Toombs' arms and rips it right out of its socket. Toombs screams.
Murphy: Your existence is ended, Pinocchio, or whatever your real name is.
Toombs: AAAGH!
Panel 4
Murphy rips off Toombs' other arm.
Murphy: This is going to hurt you a lot worse than it'll hurt me.
Toombs: AAAARGHH!
