A thousand years in the future, humanity has colonized worlds in nearly 100 galaxies, thanks to Quantum Vibremonic technologies developed five centuries earlier. Other new technologies have created various off-shoots of humanity and extended life expectancies five-fold. The story begins with how a mad scientist and his plucky assistant, along with their robot friend, brought humanity to the stars, and continues with the adventures of some unique people in fantastic places.

Panel 1
Bobinardi and Nicole: Bob is staggering, the center of his face largely missing (although he's turned away from us so we don't see the worst of it head-on). It's the second following the impact and Nicole is still recovering her balance after that hard swing. She looks insanely enraged.
Bobinardi: Pffffuffrauughhh ...
Cristina: Murphy? Nicole?
Panel 2
Nicole back-hand swings again at Bobinardi's neck again edge-forward.
Cristina: What's going on?
Panel 3
Nicole follows through on her second swing, this one takes Bobinardi's head off.
Nicole: That felching toad Bobinardi murdered Murphy!

Panel 4
The ship shakes as in a Richter 10 earthquake, knocking Nicole off her feet.
Cristina-SFX: NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
