Quantum Vibe
A thousand years in the future, humanity has colonized worlds in nearly
100 galaxies, thanks to Quantum Vibremonic technologies developed five
centuries earlier. Other new technologies have created various
off-shoots of humanity and extended life expectancies five-fold. The
story begins with how a mad scientist and his plucky assistant, along
with their robot friend, brought humanity to the stars, and continues
with the adventures of some unique people in fantastic places.

Pull back enough to show full head and shoulders – he's wearing a silvery helmet, covering about as much of his head as a motorcycle helmet. Now he's aghast as he realizes what's happened.

Seamus sits bolt upright in the bed. Johanna is in her dressing gown, leaning against a dresser, with a cup of coffee.
Seamus: WHAT IS THE MEANING OF THIS?!
Johanna: The Farraday helmet is so you don't mess with the station's network.
Johanna: I now how skillful you are.

Seamus is trying to pull the hemet off but it's stuck on.
Seamus: UMMPH!
Johanna: Stop, you'll only hurt yourself, Seamus.
Johanna: Or should I say, Theophilus?
