A thousand years in the future, humanity has colonized worlds in nearly 100 galaxies, thanks to Quantum Vibremonic technologies developed five centuries earlier. Other new technologies have created various off-shoots of humanity and extended life expectancies five-fold. The story begins with how a mad scientist and his plucky assistant, along with their robot friend, brought humanity to the stars, and continues with the adventures of some unique people in fantastic places.

Panel 1Cut to Nicole and Murphy's room. Nicole is running a brush through her hair. Murphy is waiting nearby, both are dressed for the day.
Nicole: Hey, have you heard from Seamus this morning?
Murphy: Not a peep. Unusual for him.

Now they're both looking alarmed. Nicole is holding a palm alongside her head.
Nicole: Shuck. I can't reach him either.

Nicole and Murphy rush out their stateroom door.
Nicole: You check Seamus' room, I'll check Johanna's ...
Voice (OP): You won't find him in either location.

They turn to see Johanna's assistant, Karen, standing before them.
Voice: Your employer is … what's the word? Locked down. Under arrest.
